Really great experience selling some pieces today. I was able to schedule an appointment and sat down and walked through each piece of jewelry and received a fair price for the pieces. I felt comfortable and it was an overall great experience. Highly recommend this place in you are in the DMV.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Tysons Watch & Jewelry today! Sue helped us find a gorgeous wedding ring. She was patient and listened intently to my description of what I was interested in. I could tell by the type of rings she showed us that she truly listened. We purchased the most beautiful ring. If you looking for beautiful jewelry/watches or handbags to purchase. I would like to express my great satisfaction with both my purchases, and the selling of some of my personal items. Just before Christmas, my daughter & I visited several shops to sell some items we no longer used. We were given the BEST PRICE for our items at the watch and jewelry exchange. My daughter was thrilled to find a Goyard bag for a fraction of the retail price! The bag is like new…Jerry and his team have many years of experience. Very knowledgeable & professional. We’ve been going to watch and jewerly for pretty much all of our jewerly for years. Great store, customer service, and selection! Nancy is the best!!!! They just did a custom piece for my wife and it came out beautiful. They even got it to us in a weeks time and in time for Valentine’s. Can’t say enough about this store. We love it!

I highly recommend. Friendly staff and they are honest!! I've sold past items to them, and I was talked out of selling an item because I wasn't ready to give it away just yet... I don't get the 1 star reviews, I can only guess it is due to lack of experience.

I worked with Nancy and she was fantastic. She was kind, knowledgeable and fair with her pricing. I would not hesitate to sell jewelry to her again. I can not recommend her enough.
